Tulips for Parkinson'sby ~elspethmac

My mother died in early June '09 from Parkinson's Disease and this was my way of dealing with that as well as trying to raise a better awareness about this disease.

[Update - 20th April '10] - @MegMcMuffin asked me if she could feature this as part of April's Parkinson's Awareness month so I decided to re-do it with a more painted feel.

Please support the fight against Parkinson's Disease by donating to your own country's organisation.

It is only with your help that they can continue their vital research projects, and provide support and information for people living with Parkinson's and their families around the globe.

Wonderful work, I like the shadings and the vibrant colours!
I have a small suggestion, though. I think the fullview resolution is too high, since it outfits the entire screen.. but it's a matter or choice.. anyway, the painting is great.
