I thought I'd try my hand at a portrait of Edward & Bella from the film Twilight.

[Update -10th March '09] I've redone the portrait - there were a few things that were bugging me. ;) I've done away with the canvas texture and reduced the darkened vignette that was very obvious in the previous version as well as reworking the detailing on their clothes. Oh and I managed to get the background the way I had originally wanted it. :D

I stand again and again disconcertedly before your capacity a deceptive copy of reality to draw ,my friend. The more long and more exactly I view becomes me then detail on detail clear. The light on the skin. The twinkling of the eyes. The organized waves of the hairs. I love the distinctive palely blue brown colors Mix. I capitulate before the beauty of your portrait art., Elspeth. I hope that you can pull also commercial profit out of your extraordinary capacity.
