This was supposed to be part of a triptych that I had planned, but unfortunately the colours went all wrong, not to mention the size when my screen calibrating tool compensated for room lighting and I didn't notice.
This is the second piece that I finished. Again from the Prom scene but it's set slightly later that the first one when Bella replies "A Girl Can Dream" to Edward's comment about him not giving in so easily.
INFO Created using Photoshop CS3 and a Wacom Intuos3 tablet.
I prefer this one as well. My calibration tool totally mucked up the colours on the other one and I hadn't noticed when I initially started the piece that I was working in cm instead of inches.
I was tempted to scrap it but thought someone might like it.
I'm not sure I'm disappointed... frustrated more than anything. But I think we talked about this before about how we are own worst critics... always focusing on the mistakes.
But I did learn to double check my calibration tool from now on.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
